Truly enjoyed my relaxing stay for 3 nights. The room was nicely renovated & clean and available with proper space to move around & comfortable place to keep my baggage. The breakfast was tasty with many options of bread, porridge, a decent amount of options and served by the incredibly nice staff. Btw, the airport was 25 km away;))

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, just next door to Dfs Galleria Scottswalk. Near to the great shopping malls and MRT on Orchard Rd and a food court and Orchard and Mt Elizabeth hospital.

pleasant stay with minor issues

The concierge staff were really good, offering personalized recommendations for our family. The dining area featured a scenic view of the city. The ambiance felt upscale.

The room could use some upkeep, as we noticed minor wear and tear.

although hotel was not fully booked, when were asked to wait until 2 pm to get our room. (we went to the hotel at about 1.00 pm )

floor crpets are dirty with full of stians- bed size is smaller when compared to King Size beds of other hotels.

Very convenience to go to the shopping center

The room is very small & carpet very dusty. Aircon controller out of order.some light did not work.

The pool was blissfully empty! The huge and comfy bed was a dreamy welcome after a long day exploring.

Location is quite close and a short walk to the shopping strip.

No courtesy by the staff. Their attitude is like we have received iur oayment now you go to hell. They are having renovation on uper floors. Apology letter mention the it will take place from 11 am to 5 pm, where as it start at 9am continue till 7:30 - 8:30 pm or later sometime. At 7:30am their gardener trim grass with power trimmer next to my window. It took 45 min to open the connecting room doors after making two phone calls and two trip to reception. House Keeping, Conceirge, front desk staffs doesn't pick up phones when they are busy.

Comfortable room, great staff, but breakfast lacked options for vegetarians.

Complimentary upgrade to "Executive" suite. Comfortable bed, good location. Breakfast at Modesto's was good, but few choices for the price.

Carpet was extremely dirty, room was smaller than expected, there was a weight scale that was broken, only one bathrobe the first night stay. Would have been more convenient if breakfast was included with the room.

Central situation, being in orchard district though being in a quiet street

The room was spacious, and the staff were super friendly 🌟 the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

In a central location with eateries and canteens stroll from the hotel. Walking distance to a market and shopping outlets across the street.

The location was good, accessible and quiet.

The rooms have gotten old as well as the dining area too.
